ok so my question is why is the low rate down right now..... I know it is in beta stages and such, but can someone post something if you are going to be taking it down for any reason?

it's not the wait that bugs me its the fact that there is no news about any of it :/ Atleast post something to keep up informed

Agreed Yes.. we really need to be informed but we cant just tell the Staff members just like that but instead we Suggest it to them for us to be informed in many ways we can wait also because they are doing their best.
