Item Trade Request

Hi all!

First of all i already asked about this ingame from gm's... nearly all of them said "Wait for exchange day"

I got 2 item what is needed to be on my another char...

First my wings what is i bought.. and 100 Platinum medal what i won on event... because both untradable and i dont use that char anymore i wanted to move these items to my another char (from Feary to Feawy)

I think its not that big ask... i tryed to trade both but after clicking on it, the icon turns into dark like when a item or skill on Cooldown.. and need to relog if i wanna move that item again...

So yeah if its possible and its not that big ask any gm/admin would help me?


Any help or info is would be good.
