Item Problems Empty Item Problems

soo its simple i need two items and i cant find or buy it

1.- Design: Master Carved Firm Hat(Asmodian) i cant buy it, try to buy it and u cant.

2.- Drop Item : Novice Lepharist Veil item droped in altagard in every server but no here u.u.

those items are missing items we are working on it next update will have it
