My character name is Banzai why is i cant use my character again..i didn't do anything wrong..i dont cheated so why i cant use my IP? please GM help me..

ohh im sorry...i play in my house Sir..and i'm the only one in the house that play aion..so can i get my character back? i really2 dont know why my IP is been banned..
