problem regarding login

after writing my username and password nothing happens i dont login the server and i dont get any errors aswell but it only happens when im in a netcafe when im at home i can login with no problems , i think this is related to the ip but i dunno y and ni dont even get any errors

I know today the server has been up and down and sometimes for me if the server is down and I enter my info in nothing will pop up it kind of freezes if I leave it there for a min sometimes something pops up, but usually Aion just closes. I just think its the timing for you not an IP issue per say.
