Before asking for help, please read the Common Solutions below first.


This program is unavailable in your country.
We only support the EU client. You must change your client REGION to EU using the NCSoft launcher, then repair your game after doing that.

Failed to Initialize the game.
You need to Update your Aion client using the NCsoft Launcher and Reinstall our Launcher Installer.

No game server is available to the authorization server.
You are missing files necessary to connect, please Download and Reinstall the Launcher Installer again.

Stuck at Level 9?
Just Re-log. No Ascension Quest Required.

Already " Log-in"
This will happen if you disconnected improperly or if the log-in server had a retard moment. Just log in again and you should kick your old session off.

Frequent Crashes.
Try to change the CPU priority in the launcher's options. Or get a better computer/internet connection.
