i think when admin GM or GMA held an event..just make sure they write all nickname player who participate the event...

and just mail the reward to char they use in the event



so this could minimize all complain about reward u give..

we dont write down their IGN we take a SS of the members or the whole partys

yeah most of big event last for almost 4 to 5 hours or morethan that..

positive side + its the easy way to give rewards... etc
negative side - not all participants did not finished the the whole event as is.. so i think the rewards is only for those who finished it..until the end... btw we are observing also participant's descipline before, during and after the event..
